Introit
Antiphon:
We have thought, O God, on Your loving- | kindness,*
in the midst of Your | Temple.
According to Your | name, O God,*

Psalm:
Great is the LORD and greatly | to be praised*
in the city of our God, in His holy | mountain.
God is in her | palaces;*

God will establish her for- | ever.
For this is God, our God forever and | ever;*
He will be our guide even | unto death. (Psalm 48:1, 3, 8, 14)
Collect
Heavenly Father, we humbly implore You that, as Your only-begotton Son
was this day presented in the Temple in the substance of our flesh,
so by Him we may be presented to You with cleansed hearts; through the
same Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy
Spirit, one God, now and forever.
